Jill Bolte Taylor, a Harvard brain scientist, was just 37 years old when she suffered a stroke. It took her 8 years to make a full recovery and she documented the process in the book, My Stroke of Insight. Jill had to learn all the basics again, like how to sit up, walk, talk, and feed herself.
This inspirational book has some amazing pearls of wisdom. One is to celebrate EVERY achievement, no matter what the size. I would love all business owners with ADHD to adopt this principle.
