If you were on the call, you know Marcia talked about her “command station” — a work station and desk replacement designed specifically for her by a professional organizer. Marcia admits to not being able to work without being able to “see” all her paperwork, and before this office design, her desk (and the floor around it) was always stacked with piles of paper.
