It takes large amounts of energy to disengage from one activity and start to focus on another when you have ADHD. It is also difficult to shift gears from vacation mode to work mode.

In the call today, I shared my best ADHD coach’s tips to help you cope with transitions, AND Marcia shared her personal top tips on how she manages transitions in her business.
