Get Out of Overwhelm, How Your Personal and Business Confidence are Linked, and How to Boost Both

Did you miss Monday’s “Ask Marcia and Jacqui ANYTHING!” call for entrepreneurs with ADHD or ADHD tendencies? Not to worry . . . of course we recorded it for you.

Jacqui and I answered questions about business confidence, from those who listened to our special call two weeks ago.

Here are the questions we grappled with on Monday:

  • One listener agreed that being overwhelmed affects confidence and results in many totally unproductive days, but she resists structure, as many with ADHD do. What else can be done to get out of overwhelm?
  • Another listener said he could “wallpaper his office” with certificates of his qualifications, but he still lacked confidence and was thinking of going back to school for more advanced degrees. Our discussion made him think there might be another way . . . what did we think?
  • And one person with very low confidence wondered if he should work on his business or himself first — he hadn’t made the connection before our call. What did we tell him?

Nothing makes you feel and look better to clients than having confidence. We know that’s sometimes difficult, especially if you have ADHD or ADHD tendencies.

And Jacqui and I are here to help you!

If you missed that business confidence call — one of my favorite subjects, because so much of business success rests on confidence — you can listen to it here:
